English Style Haddock Green Curry Bowl

Curry Bowl​

  • 1 package English Style Battered Haddock Fillets - Signature Cuts™​
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded​
  • ½ tsp kosher salt​
  • 1 ⅓ cups shredded carrots​
  • 1 cup whole roasted cashews​
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced​
  • 1 cup red bell peppers, diced​
  • 1 each lime, cut into 5 wedges​
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, as garnish​

Coconut Rice​

  • 1 ½ cups jasmine rice​
  • 1 cup coconut milk​
  • 1 ¼ cup water​
  • 1 tsp kosher salt​

Green Curry Mayo​

  • ½ cup mayonnaise​
  • 2 tbsp green curry paste
  • 2 tsp lime juice​
  1. Prepare English Style Haddock according to package instructions. Separately, in a small bowl rub the ½ tsp of salt onto the shredded cabbage and allow to sit while the rest of the dish is prepared.
  2. Meanwhile add jasmine rice, coconut milk, water and salt to a small pot. Bring to a simmer over a medium setting, cover and cook until all water has been absorbed.​
  3. Mix mayonnaise, green curry paste and lime juice together in a small bowl.​
  4. Assemble green curry bowls starting with coconut rice and top with Haddock. Arrange veggies and herbs artfully around the Haddock and drizzle the entire bowl with Green Curry Aioli.
