Spice Dusted Fish Sticks, Zucchini Chips and Cajun Remoulade

Spice your dinner up by dusting Cajun pepper over your classic fish sticks and add it an extra kick! Balance it out by serving on a side delicious zucchini chips topped with parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 box High Liner Family Favourites Fish Sticks
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 cups zucchini chips, ½” thick
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges

Cajun Remoulade

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • ¼ cup pickles, chopped
  1. Prepare the Fish Sticks according to the package instructions.
  2. Bread the zucchini by dredging into the flour, then eggs and then panko mixed with parmesan and parsley.
  3. Place on a sheet pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 mins, flipping halfway.
  4. While the zucchini chips and Fish Sticks cook, mix all of remoulade ingredients together in a small bowl and then serve alongside.
  5. Mix the paprika and cayenne together and then sprinkle on the Fish Sticks to taste.
  6. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges and enjoy!
