- 1 box High Liner Family Pack English Style
- 1 package, frozen fries/wedges
- 6 sweet corn ears, husks removed/tied back
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 lime juiced & zested
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Parchment paper
- Bake High Liner Family Pack English Style as per box directions
- Bake frozen fries / wedges as per package directions
- Preheat BBQ to medium high and grill sweet corn until charred on all sides (approx. 10min)
- Mix remaining ingredients (minus feta cheese). Brush mixture all over corn and garnish with crumbled feta.
- Create paper cones by folding parchment paper in a similar fashion to making paper piping bags. Fill the cones with cooked fish & chips and serve with street style corn
