Lime Chili Tilapia with Beetroot, Feta, and Lime Salsa
This healthy dinner is full of nutritious ingredients. Lean tilapia is high in protein and, when served with salsa made from a variety of useful veggies, will leave you feeling full and satisfied. - 1 package High Liner Lime Chilli Tilapia - Pan-Sear® Selects
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
Beetroot, Feta, and Lime Salsa
- 3 small beets, cooked and diced
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ¼ cup fresh pomegranate arils
- ¼ cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup feta, crumbled
- 1/8 cup red onions, sliced
- 1 lime
- Cook High Liner Lime Chilli Tilapia Pan-Sear Selects according to package instructions
- Meanwhile, mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl with the juice and zest of one lime and salt to taste.
- Arrange the Lime Chili Tilapia on a platter and overlap the tips to make a heart shape. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with salsa on the side.
