- 2 High Liner Signature Cuts English Style Haddock Fillets
- 1 sliced dill pickle
- 3 slices of red onion
- ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 thick cut pieces of white bread
- ½ cup kettle cooked dill pickle chips
Dill Pickle Mayo
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped dill pickle
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ½ tsp fresh lemon juice

- Preheat oven according to package instructions.
- Place 2 High Liner Signature Cuts English Style Haddock Fillets on a tray and place in oven. Cook for time specified on packaging.
- Next, make the dill pickle mayo. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside until you’re ready to assemble the sandwich.
- Toast both sides of the bread on an oiled frying pan or toaster.
- Once fish is done, build the sandwich.
