Dill Pickle Sandwich

For those with a big appetite and a love of dill pickles, try this recipe to make dinner delicious-er. It’s crispy, crunchy, and so craveable.

Sandwich

  • 2 High Liner Signature Cuts English Style Haddock Fillets
  • 1 sliced dill pickle
  • 3 slices of red onion
  • ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 thick cut pieces of white bread
  • ½ cup kettle cooked dill pickle chips

Dill Pickle Mayo

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill pickle
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
Tips from the chef: Directions
  1. Preheat oven according to package instructions.​
  2. Place 2 High Liner Signature Cuts English Style Haddock Fillets on a tray and place in oven. Cook for time specified on packaging.
  3. Next, make the dill pickle mayo. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside until you’re ready to assemble the sandwich.
  4. Toast both sides of the bread on an oiled frying pan or toaster.​
  5. Once fish is done, build the sandwich. ​
  6. Enjoy!
