  • 1 head Radicchio chopped
  • 400 g Frozen French Fries
  • 2 cup Cherry Tomato sliced in half
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 2 ea Avocado, sliced

For the Pickled Red Onion

  • 1 ea Red Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt

For the Creamy Dill Pickle Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles chopped
  • 1/4 cup Pickle Juice
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  1. For the Pickled Red Onions: Stir the sugar and salt into the vinegar and then pour over the sliced red onions. Allow the onions to sit as they pickle.
  2. Prepare the Haddock and Fries: Prepare the Haddock and the frozen French Fries according to their package instructions.
  3. For the Dressing: In a medium sized bowl stir all of the ingredients together until fully combined. Reserve under refrigeration.
  4. To Assemble & Finish: Divide and artfully arrange all of the remaining salad ingredients, including the pickled red onions, equally between 5 bowls or plates. Top with slightly cooled, but fully cooked, French fries as well as one portion of Haddock as well. Serve the Fish n' Chips Chop Salad with the Creamy Dill Pickle Dressing on the side and enjoy!
