- 1 package Crispy Breaded Sole Fillets - Signature Cuts™
- 6 large slices Fully Cooked Bacon, cut in half
- 2 large Beefsteak Tomatoes, sliced
- ½ head Iceberg Lettuce
- 6 slices Whole Grain Bread
- 3 slices Cheddar Cheese
Cracked Black Pepper Aioli
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 3 Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. Kosher Salt
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp. Cracked Black Pepper
- Prepare breaded sole according to the package instructions.
- In the bowl of a food processor or blender add all of the ingredients for the aioli except the oils and black pepper. Process until smooth about 15 seconds. With the machine running begin slowly drizzling in oils until the aioli is complete. Stir in freshly cracked pepper.
- Assemble club sammys beginning with a slice of bread. Spread on mayo and add iceberg lettuce followed by the sliced tomatoes, bacon and then a fully cooked piece of breaded sole. Repeat the process beginning and ending with toasted whole grain bread.
- Serve with your favourite crunchy side dish like potato chips, popcorn or French fries.
