Sole Stick Pinwheels

For a quick family-friendly lunch that is ready in under 20 minutes, these tasty Pinwheels using our Signature Cuts Sole Fish Sticks will solve your needs. Try customizing this recipe with your kid’s favourite greens and sauce.

  • 1 package Sole Fish Sticks
  • 4 each Wraps, your favorite variety
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Pre Bought Tartar Sauce
  1. Prepare Sole Fish Sticks according to the package instructions.
  2. Lay out 4 of your preferred variety of wraps. We suggest tomato or basil!
  3. Spread approximately ¼ cup of tartar sauce across the entirety of the wrap. Sprinkle each with approximately ½ cup of baby spinach.
  4. Place 2 sole sticks close to one edge of the wrap. Start rolling the wrap tightly around the fish sticks and then add two more fish sticks. Roll these tight again before repeating the process one more time. Each wrap should hold approximately 6 fish sticks.
  5. Once rolled completely slice each wrap into individual sized pinwheels and serve with additional tartar sauce on the side along with fresh fruits and veggies.
