Smokey Sole Grilled Seawich

  • 1 box High Liner breaded Sole
  • 12 slices of bread, thick cut
  • 12 slices smoked cheese (grated is fine as well)
  • 1 cup softened butter/mayo
  1. Cook High Liner Breaded Sole as per package directions. Allow to cool slightly before assembling sammies.
  2. Preheat skillet to medium heat. Generously apply mayonnaise or butter to one slice of bread. Place bread into skillet with the mayo/butter side down. Add one slice of cheese, followed by 1 piece of cooked breaded sole and one more slice of cheese. Butter/mayo second slice of bread and place butter/mayo side up on top of sandwich. Flip once lightly browned and continue grilling until all the cheese is melted. Repeat process with remaining ingredients and serve with your favourite side dish.
