Double Decker Clubhouse BLT

Enjoy this Haddock & Bacon Club Sandwich with cheddar, lettuce and tomato for a delicious-er lunch or dinner.

  • 1 box of High Liner Signature Cuts Wild Caught Breaded Haddock Fillets
  • 4 slices white bread​
  • 2 tbsp mayo​
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup romaine lettuce
  • 6 slices bacon
  1. Preheat the oven and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add High Liner Signature Cuts Wild Caught Haddock Fillets and bake according to package instructions.
  2. Cook bacon in a medium skillet over med-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Once cooked, add to a plate lined with a paper towel and set aside.
  3. Add 1 slice of cheese to the middle of a skillet and once bubbling, add a piece of bread directly on top. Let sit for 30 seconds and flip over to toast the other side.
  4. Remove Haddock from the oven and set aside. Assemble the sandwich by adding 1 tbsp of mayo to a piece of bread, followed by 3 slices of bacon, lettuce, 2 Haddock fillets and 1 slice of cheese.
  5. Top sandwich with cheesy bread. Serve and enjoy!
