Healthy Sole Burger

The burger of the sea! Pan Sear Lemon Pepper Sole comes together with lemon dill aioli and earthy greens to create the perfect restaurant quality meal at home.

  • 2 Pan-Sear Selects® Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets
  • 2 buns
  • ½ cup mixed green
  • ½ cup sprouts
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red cabbage

Lemon Dill Aioli

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt (or tsp of pickle juice)
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and bake Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the aioli by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mixing well to combine.
  3. Once sole fillets are cooked, assemble burgers by spreading aioli on the insides of each bun, topping with the sole, greens, sliced cabbage and sprouts.
  4. Enjoy!
