  • 4 High Liner Signature Cuts Wild Caught Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini ​
  • 8 asparagus ​
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes roasted
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup basil ​
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 sun-dried tomato in oil ​
  • 1 cup orzo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven and coat frozen salmon with oil from sun-dried tomato, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook Signature Cuts Wild Caught Salmon Fillets according to package instructions.
  3. While salmon is baking, prep the veggies by slicing the zucchini and red onion.
  4. Grill zucchini, red onion, cherry tomatoes and asparagus. Sprinkle with salt.
  5. Dice sundried tomato and add into a bowl with basil and pine nuts.
  6. Cook orzo according to package instructions and place them at the bottom of the plate or bowl.​
  7. Top with grilled veggies, salmon and garnish with sun-dried tomato salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
