  • 4 Signature Cuts™ English Style Haddock Fillets
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Salad greens, sliced cucumbers or cole slaw, serve as desired
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the haddock fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. Meanwhile, make the homemade honey dill sauce.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, dill, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust to your preferences.
  4. When cooked, serve Signature English Style Haddock Fillets with honey dill sauce, salad and cole slaw if desired.
