Roasted Garlic & Herb Haddock Mezze

  • 1 Box Roasted Garlic & Herb Haddock
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 each Lemon
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers, jarred
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, cut into sticks
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Mixed Mediterranean Olives
  • ½ cup Roasted Nuts
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley and\or Thyme, minced
  • Mixed Crackers & Toasted Pita Bread
  1. Prepare the Haddock according the package instructions.
  2. On a large platter artfully assemble the remaining ingredients, making sure to leave room for the Haddock to be sliced. Toss the tomatoes together with the feta and olive oil to create a quick salad and utilize small bowls or ramekins where necessary.
  3. Finish the Mezze Platter by slicing the fully cooked Garlic Herb Haddock and adding it to the platter along with your favorite crackers and toasted pita points.
