Haddock Bite Snack Board

Get into the snacking spirit with this fun board that brings together crispy Haddock Bites with tangy veggies and a super simple tahini dipping sauce.

Ingredients
Preparation

Easy Dill Tahini Dip

  • 3 tablespoons tahini (jarred, store bought)
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Snack Board

  • ½ box Original Haddock Bites
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  1. Bake Haddock Bites according to package instructions.
  2. Add cucumbers to a bowl with 1/3 of the dill, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Toss to combine and set in the fridge to chill.
  3. Repeat the process with the halved tomatoes.
  4. Prepare the tahini dip by adding lemon juice, honey, water, sea salt and dill to a small food processor or bowl and process or stir until completely smooth.
  5. Once Haddock Bites are fully baked, transfer to a bowl and toss with the lemon zest and lemon juice.
  6. Serve Haddock Bites hot, with the chilled vegetables and tahini dip.
