Haddock Bite Snack Board
Get into the snacking spirit with this fun board that brings together crispy Haddock Bites with tangy veggies and a super simple tahini dipping sauce.

Easy Dill Tahini Dip
- 3 tablespoons tahini (jarred, store bought)
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
Snack Board
- ½ box Original Haddock Bites
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- Bake Haddock Bites according to package instructions.
- Add cucumbers to a bowl with 1/3 of the dill, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Toss to combine and set in the fridge to chill.
- Repeat the process with the halved tomatoes.
- Prepare the tahini dip by adding lemon juice, honey, water, sea salt and dill to a small food processor or bowl and process or stir until completely smooth.
- Once Haddock Bites are fully baked, transfer to a bowl and toss with the lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Serve Haddock Bites hot, with the chilled vegetables and tahini dip.
