Fish & Chip Cones with Street Style Corn

If Fish & Chips with mushy peas ain’t your thing, then perhaps Fish & Chips with street style corn will be the winning combo!

  • 1 box High Liner Family Pack English Style
  • 1 package, frozen fries/wedges
  • 6 sweet corn ears, husks removed/tied back
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 lime juiced & zested
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Parchment paper
  1. Bake High Liner Family Pack English Style as per box directions
  2. Bake frozen fries / wedges as per package directions
  3. Preheat BBQ to medium high and grill sweet corn until charred on all sides (approx. 10min)
  4. Mix remaining ingredients (minus feta cheese). Brush mixture all over corn and garnish with crumbled feta.
  5. Create paper cones by folding parchment paper in a similar fashion to making paper piping bags. Fill the cones with cooked fish & chips and serve with street style corn
