- 1 box Pan-Sear Selects® Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets
- 1 bag of small yellow potatoes
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 head of Broccoli
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 package of snap peas
- Olive oil (for veggies)
- Cook Lemon Pepper Fillets according to package instructions (pan-sear is preferred method).
- Slice up the veggies and spread evenly on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in the oven at 450 ° F for 20 minutes.
- Plate fillets and veggies. Serve and enjoy!
