- 4 Signature Cuts™ English Style Haddock Fillets
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup liquid honey
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Salad greens, sliced cucumbers or cole slaw, serve as desired
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the haddock fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Meanwhile, make the homemade honey dill sauce.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, dill, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust to your preferences.
