Little Helpers Fish Taco Bar
This recipe is for even the pickiest eaters who love tacos – customize this build-your-own-taco board with all your family’s favourite toppings and let them dig in.

- 1 box High Liner English Style Pollock
- 2 small avocados, ripe
- 1 lime, sliced into wedges
- ½ cup salsa verde, store bought
- ½ lb mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup chipotle aioli, store bought
- ½ cup crispy onions, store bought
- Hard and soft taco shells
Optional Accompaniments
- Shaved lettuce
- Coleslaw
- Sliced jalapenos
- Pickled onions
- Sour cream
For the sweet corn pico
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- Prepare High Liner English Style Pollock as per package directions.
- Peel and smash avocados using the back of a fork or a mortar & pestle, finish with 1 tbsp of salsa verde. Great activity for the little ones.
- Grate cheese – Your little helpers can handle this!
- Boil frozen corn, drain and add (while warm) to diced peppers, onions, coriander, tomatoes, and finish with 1/4 cup of salsa verde.
- Place accompaniments into serving vessels (perfect job for the little ones) and heat tortilla shells as per package directions.
- Slice cooked fish into strips and invite your family to build their own tacos.
