- 1 package High Liner Lime Chilli Tilapia - Pan-Sear Selects®
Vegetable stir-fry
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- ¼ cup carrot, sliced
- 2 cups baby bok choy (almost 6 small heads), cut in half
- ¼ cup shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sugar snap peas, or snow peas, cut in half
- 1/8 cup scallions as a garnish
- 2 - 4 tablespoons Teriyaki glaze
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Cook High Liner Lime Chilli Tilapia - Pan-Sear Selects® according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, Heat vegetable oil in a skillet/wok over medium-high. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add sliced mushroom, carrot, red bell pepper, snow peas, bok choy and saute for 2-3 minutes until veggies are almost tender.
- Add teriyaki glaze and cook for another 1 minute. Finish with sesame oil and scallions.
- Transfer the stir-fried vegetables to a platter and arrange fish on top and enjoy!
