Buffalo Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Lettuce Wraps
- 1 box Oven Crunch® Shrimp Buffalo Style
- 8 each Romaine Hearts Leaves
- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Red Onion, sliced
- ½ cup Carrots, shredded
- ¼ cup Cooked Bacon, chopped small
- A few Radishes, sliced thin
- 1 each Avocado, quartered
- 1 cup Quinoa, cooked
Buttermilk-Chive Drizzle
- ¾ cup Buttermilk
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Chives, minced
- 2 tsp. Fresh Cracked Pepper
- Cook product according to package instructions.
- Prep and assemble veggies while shrimp cooks.
- Whisk half of the buttermilk into the mayonnaise to first work out lumps. Then stir in remaining ingredients for drizzle.
- Assemble lettuce wraps piled high with fresh vegetables and cooked shrimp. Drizzle buttermilk mixture over liberally.
