  • 1 box Oven Crunch® Shrimp Buffalo Style
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • ½ shredded red cabbage

Taco sauce

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 scallions - chopped
  • 2 jalapenos de-seeded and chopped
  • Squeeze of lime juice

Garnish

  • Chopped cilantro
Tips from the chef: Directions
  1. Bake Oven Crunch® Buffalo Style Shrimp as per package instructions.
  2. Combine all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Heat tortillas on a grill (or use at room temperature, if preferred).
  4. Assemble tacos by placing a layer of red cabbage and shrimp.
  5. Top with the sauce and season with cilantro and lime.
