Sizzlin’ Sweet Buffalo Wings + Waffles
Wings and Waffles, yes it’s definitely a thing! Subtly spicy Buffalo fish wings are the perfect protein swap for this comfort classic. Take your favorite boxed mix or homemade waffles and pair them with our Buffalo wings for an awesome meal or snack time treat.

- 1 Box Alaska Wild Pollock Buffalo Fish Wings
- 2 each Waffles, from store bought mix
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 4 tbsp. Salted Butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. Scallions, sliced
- Prepare the Buffalo Fish Wings according to the package instructions.
- Prepare the Waffle mix according to their package instructions, but sprinkling in ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese to each batch of waffles cooked.
- In a small bowl mix the maple syrup and cayenne pepper together. Separately, mix the softened butter together with the sliced scallions.
- Serve a half of a waffle side by side with about 4 wings on a small dinner plate. Serve about 1 tbsp. of scallion butter atop the waffles and drizzle the plate with 1-2 tbsp. of the cayenne spiked maple syrup.
