- 4 Pan-Sear Selects® Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets
- 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 1 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 cup fresh chopped spinach
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Place the sole fillets in a medium non-stick frying pan (or spray lightly with non-stick spray) and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, flipping once halfway.
- Meanwhile, make the spinach parmesan orzo.
- In a medium saucepan, combine orzo pasta, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Reduce to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, until orzo is tender.
- Stir in spinach and cheese and serve with High Liner Pan-Sear Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets.
