- 1 box of High Liner Family Favourites English Style Fillets
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- Bake High Liner English Style Fillets as per the package instructions.
- Cut yams into French fry shape, coat in oil and toss with salt and pepper. Place on a greased baking tray cook yams for a total of 35 minutes. Flip halfway.
- Make your dip! In a food processor add mayonnaise, juice from half a lemon, zest from half a lemon and cilantro.
- Add salt and lemon to taste.
