Glazed Teriyaki Salmon

This sweet and savory Teriyaki Salmon with vegetables is loaded with flavour and nutrition. Serve alongside rice or enjoy this dish on its own!

  • 4 Wild Pacific Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup baby carrots, halved widthwise
  • 1 red pepper, cut into ½” chunks
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp minced ginger
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
Tips from the chef: Directions
  1. Remove salmon from freezer and cook according to package instructions.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and chopped carrots, red pepper and snap peas. Cook and stir for 5-8 minutes, until crisp tender. Remove from pan.
  3. Add additional oil to pan if necessary and reduce to medium. Whisk together water, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic and corn starch. Let sauce cook 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  4. Plate salmon and veggies and pour sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions to serve. Add rice if desired.
