- 1 box High Liner Crispy Breaded Fish Burgers
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, julienne
- Salt and pepper as needed
Accompaniments
- 1 cup shaved lettuce
- ½ cup bruschetta/pico de gallo, store bought
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 8-10 dill pickle slices
- ½ cup crispy onions, store bought
- 4-5 slices cheddar cheese
- 4-5 burger buns
For the tartar sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sweet relish
- 1 tsp mustard
For the spicy aioli
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- Prepare fish burgers as per package directions.
- Sauté onions and peppers on medium high heat, season with salt and pepper and reserve.
- Mix relish, mustard and mayo for tartar sauce. Mix sriracha and mayo for spicy aioli.
- Place accompaniments into serving vessels and invite your family to create their own fish burgers.
