Seared Salmon Gyro
Make these Salmon Gyros fun and customizable by letting your family assemble them at the table. They can wrap them up, stuff them using pita pockets, or fold and pinch like a taco.

- 1 box High Liner Pan-Sear Mediterranean Salmon
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ¼ cup, olives
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
For the Tzatziki
- 1/2 cup, Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cucumbers, grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- Pan-Sear High Liner Mediterranean Salmon as per box directions
- Squeeze grated cucumbers to remove moisture and mix with Greek yogurt and remaining Tzatziki ingredients. Season to taste.
- Slice cooked salmon into strips and assemble table side with pita rounds, Tzatziki sauce and remaining ingredients.
