Add variety to your dinner by pairing aromatic Jasmine rice with delicious Signature Cuts Haddock. Crispy on the outside and tender flaky fish inside, the haddock fillets will be a star of your traditional rice bowl.

- 1 Box Breaded Haddock
- 1.5 Cups Jasmine Rice
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tsp. Sugar
- 1 Cup Purple Cabbage, shaved thin
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
- ¼ cup Scallions, sliced
- 1 Cup Cucumbers, sliced
- 2 Tsp. White Sesame Seeds
- Prepare Haddock according to package instructions.
- Prepare Jasmine rice on the stovetop according to package instructions.
- Mix ketchup, Worcestershire, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl and reserve.
- Place 3/4 cup of Jasmine rice in the center of a plate. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cabbages and carrots. Cut Breaded Haddock portions into thin long strips and place atop rice and veggies. Drizzle dish with reserved Katsu sauce and garnish with sliced scallions, cucumbers and sesame seeds.
