For the Fish
- 4 High Liner Signature Cuts Beer Battered Haddock Fillets
For the Slaw
- 1 cup Green Cabbage, shredded
- 0.5 cup Purple Cabbage (shredded)
- 0.5 cup Carrots, julienne
- 1 cup Gala Apple, sliced (sliced into matchsticks)
- 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
For the dressing
- 1 cup Mayo
- 3 tbsp Cranberry Jelly
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard (grainy)
- 2 tsp Lemon, juice
- 2 tbsp Cranberry Juice
- Cook High Liner Signature Cuts Beer Battered Haddock in air fryer or oven, as per the package directions.
- Combine slaw ingredients in a bowl and in a separate bowl combine dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw and chill.
- Remove fish from oven and slice if desired and serve with festive slaw.
