- 1 box Pan-Sear Selects® Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
- juice and zest of one lemon
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- extra lemons for garnish
Tips from the chef: Directions
- Cook Pan-Sear Selects® Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets according to package instructions.
- Once fish has cooked, melt 2 tbsp butter in a medium saucepan.
- Add in lemon juice and zest to the saucepan. Whisk.
- Melt remainder of butter in pan. Whisk once again.
- Remove from heat and pour butter and lemon mixture on top of fish.
- Garnish with parsley and fresh lemon slices.
