  • 1 box Pan-Sear Selects® Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • juice and zest of one lemon
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • extra lemons for garnish
Tips from the chef: Directions
  1. Cook Pan-Sear Selects® Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets according to package instructions.
  2. Once fish has cooked, melt 2 tbsp butter in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add in lemon juice and zest to the saucepan. Whisk.
  4. Melt remainder of butter in pan. Whisk once again.
  5. Remove from heat and pour butter and lemon mixture on top of fish.
  6. Garnish with parsley and fresh lemon slices.
