Baja Fish Taco Platter With Avocado Crema

Bite into beautiful Baja flavours with this delicious party platter! Easy to make and easier to prepare, just set everything out and let everyone make their own creative snacks.

Ingredients
Preparation
  • 1 box Family Favourites English Style Fillets
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage or packaged coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radish
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 12 small corn or flour tortillas

For Avocado Crema

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 6 tbsp full-fat greek yogurt
  • 6 tbsp avocado (or other) oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place High Liner Family Favourites English Style Fillets on a baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
  2. While fish is baking, prepare the avocado crema by adding all ingredients to a small blender or food processor and blending on high speed until smooth. (Add a splash of water if needed to get blades moving.)
  3. Serve fish on a platter alongside cabbage, radish, red onion, avocado crema and tortillas. Let individuals assemble their own tacos.
