Family-Friendly Haddock Bite Tacos
Knock it up a notch on your next taco night with this recipe calling for a kick of spicy jalapeños and as many heavenly haddock bites as your heart desires.

- ½ box Original Haddock Bites 🅪
- 1 cup red cabbage (approximately ¼ of a cabbage)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Juice of 3 limes, divided
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 whole avocado, medium
- 4 tortillas
- Optional: 1 jalapeño
- Cilantro, jalapeños and additional avocado for garnish
Tips from the chef: DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and place Haddock Bites in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cook 15 minutes, turning halfway.
- 2. Thinly slice 1 cup of red cabbage. Marinate with 2 tsp olive oil and juice of two limes. Set aside.
- 3. In a blender or food processor, combine sour cream, avocado and juice of 1 lime. For an extra kick, add a roughly chopped jalapeño as well. Blend until well combined.
- 4. To assemble tacos, place cabbage in a warmed tortilla. Top with High Liner Haddock Bites and avocado cream sauce.
- 5. Garnish with extra avocado, cilantro and jalapeños.
