Battered Haddock Bao Bun

  • 1 box Signature Cuts English Style Haddock
  • 10 each Frozen Bao Buns (1-2 packages depending on pack size)
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Carrots
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Purple Cabbage
  • 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Spicy Asian Chili Pasta
  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
  1. Bake the Haddock according to the package instructions.
  2. Cook the Bao buns according to their package instructions. Typically steaming for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Mix the mayo, chili paste and lime juice together in a small bowl.
  4. Toss the carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, and cilantro together in a separate small bowl.
  5. Assemble the bao buns with approximately 1 tbsp. of mayo spread across one half of a full cooked bun. Next add about ½ cup of the fresh veggie mix to the sauced half and top the veggies with one half of a fully cooked English Style Haddock portion.
