Burrata Over An Oven Roasted Salad

Dress to impress next date night, your plate that is. Serve up satisfaction with this Burrata over an Oven Roasted Tomato and Arugula Salad with our Pan-Sear Selects Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets. It’s not restaurant quality, it’s better.

  • 1 box of High Liner Pan-Sear Selects Lemon Pepper Wild Alaska Pollock
  • 1 tub burrata cheese​
  • 1/2 cup olive oil​
  • 2 cups tri-colour cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt​
  • 1 tsp black pepper ​
  • 1 cup arugula
  1. Cook High Liner Pan-Sear Selects Lemon Pepper Wild Alaska Pollock according to package instructions (pan-sear is preferred method). If you prefer to use the oven, omit this step and go to step 2.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F degrees.
  3. Add tomatoes, olive oil, and salt and pepper to a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place High Liner Pan-Sear Selects Lemon Pepper Wild Alaska Pollock on the baking sheet and cook according to package instructions. ​Omit this step if you chose to pan-sear.
  5. Add arugula to a plate with the burrata.
  6. Remove fish from the oven or pan and plate on top of arugula.
  7. Remove oven roasted tomatoes from the oven and plate. Top with black pepper. Serve and enjoy!
