Wing Night just got a whole lot better! Snack on these Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™ with a classic blue cheese dip that everyone is sure to devour on game night.

- 1 box Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™
- ½ cup of hot sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
Blue Cheese Dip
- ¼ cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup parsley
- Cook Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™ according to package instructions.
- While the wings are cooking, start preparing the blue cheese dip. In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the dip. Set aside.
- In a small pot, heat up the hot sauce. Once the sauce is slightly steaming, add in the butter and stir while it melts.
- Once the Fish Wings are done cooking, remove them from the pan and place them gently into a medium sized bowl. Pour the hot sauce over and gently toss.
- Place the wings on a plate and pour some of the blue cheese dip into a small bowl.
