Wing Night just got a whole lot better! Snack on these Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™ with a classic blue cheese dip that everyone is sure to devour on game night.

  • 1 box Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™
  • ½ cup of hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter

Blue Cheese Dip

  • ¼ cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup parsley
  1. Cook Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™ according to package instructions.
  2. While the wings are cooking, start preparing the blue cheese dip. In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the dip. Set aside.
  3. In a small pot, heat up the hot sauce. Once the sauce is slightly steaming, add in the butter and stir while it melts.
  4. Once the Fish Wings are done cooking, remove them from the pan and place them gently into a medium sized bowl. Pour the hot sauce over and gently toss.
  5. Place the wings on a plate and pour some of the blue cheese dip into a small bowl.
