Cali-Style Breaded Fish Sandwich
The best part about this sandwich isn’t the mouth-watering haddock or avocado pesto (or chipotle mayo for the daring). It’s that no matter the weather outside, you can picture yourself sitting on the beach, soaking up the California sun.

- 2-4 Signature Cuts™ Breaded Haddock Fillets
- Handful of fresh romaine lettuce
- 1 large hothouse tomato, sliced
- ½ avocado, thinly sliced
- Thinly sliced red onion (or pickled red onions for a little kick!)
- Avocado Pesto Mayo or Chipotle Mayo
- French-style Brioche Buns
- Fresh Lemon Wedges
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and bake the fillets for 20 mins, flipping halfway.
- Lay out the brioche bun bases on a plate and layer with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Add thinly sliced onions, avocado slices and the breaded haddock fillets
- Squeeze lemon onto the fillet and top with avocado pesto mayo
- Top with brioche bun and enjoy!
