- 1 box Signature Cuts™ Breaded Haddock Fillets
- 5 brioche buns, toasted
Chipotle Mayo
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 1 canned chipotle pepper
- 1 tbsp sauce from canned chipotle pepper
Purple Cabbage Slaw
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- ¼ thinly sliced white onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp fresh black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- Bake Signature Cuts™ Breaded Haddock Fillets according to package instructions.
- While fish is cooking, start on the chipotle mayo. In a bowl, add in all of the chipotle mayo ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
- Next, make the slaw. In a bowl, mix together the cabbage, onions, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper and cilantro.
- Toast the buns.
- After fish is finished cooking, remove from oven and assemble the burger. Start with a spreading some mayo on the bottom bun, then add the fish, slaw and finish off the top off the bun with more mayo.
