Creamy Coleslaw Fish Tacos

- 1 box High Liner Signature Cuts English Style Haddock Fillets
- 6 tortillas
- 1/2 purple cabbage, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 3 limes, halved
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Preheat oven and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place High Liner Signature Cuts English Style Haddock Fillets on the baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
- Chop purple cabbage and place into a large bowl. Add honey, olive oil, 1/2 lime and white balsamic. Mix together.
- Remove Haddock from oven and set aside. Add corn tortillas to a baking sheet. Assemble each taco, first with coleslaw then 2-3 slices of avocado, Haddock and top with sliced jalapeños and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream and chili powder until combined. Drizzle mixture over top of each avocado.
- Serve with fresh lime & enjoy!
