  • 1 Pack Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ½ cup feta + 1 tbsp for topping
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp chives
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and place fish wings on a baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. In a blender, process the yogurt, feta, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic until smooth. Top with 1 tbsp of feta and chives
  3. Serve with sweet potato fries and garlic feta dip.
