  • 1 box Pan-Sear Selects® Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets
  • 1 bag of small yellow potatoes
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 head of Broccoli
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 package of snap peas
  • Olive oil (for veggies)
  1. Cook Lemon Pepper Fillets according to package instructions (pan-sear is preferred method).
  2. Slice up the veggies and spread evenly on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in the oven at 450 ° F for 20 minutes.
  3. Plate fillets and veggies. Serve and enjoy!
